GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test )

Duration: 6 weeks.
The Graduate Management Admission (GMAT) test is a computer based test formulated by ETS (Education Testing Service) and administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council. It is a fundamental criterion for admission into Graduate Management schools. The GMAT consists of a Verbal Portion, A Quantitative portion and an Analytical Writing Portion.
The following is a brief outline of the GMAT

  • The Verbal Portion
    This portion consists of 41 questions to be solved in 75 minutes with the question types being Critical Reasoning, Sentence Correction and Reading Comprehension.
  • The Mathematical Portion
    This portion consists of 41 questions to be solved in 75 minutes with the question types being Problem Solving and Data Sufficiency
  • The Analytical Writing Portion
    This consists of 2 essays to be written in 1 hour. The essays involve the Analysis of an Issue and the Analysis of an Argument
